The pasta sauces are offered with the name 'Cutters'. Many years ago, stonecutters were brought to Vermont from Italy to carve the granite and marble for which Vermont is famous. These are some of their traditional recipes, and are so-named to honor these artists.
DOUBLE GARLIC PASTA SAUCE - This premium sauce is made with only the highest quality ingredients available. The taste is authentic Italian and very special. There are a lot of people who chill it and serve it as an extra mild salsa dip. We say that if it is good cold, you know that it is great hot.
FRA DIAVOLO PASTA SAUCE - Just as good as the above, but with less garlic and a little habanero pepper added.
